My role was to create the team and being the first multidisciplinary team within Computest to lay down a framework for the other teams to follow a couple of months later.My responsibilities were overall service delivery, revenue and cost and implementing the new security services into the existing Computest service delivery. Part of this new team approach was to work in market sectors, so each team would deliver our services to customers with the same challenges and market developments.Long term goal for the team was to create a independant, self-steering team, who would take responsibilty for their service delivery, revenue and cost.While doing all the above we implemented SCRUM as our work method supported by JIRA/Confluence so we could work faster and better as a team and thus service our customers better.
