• Migrated existing ETL pipelines from Azure Data Factory to Azure Synapse to establish a new data warehouse• Solely developed new ETL pipelines in Azure Synapse using Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark (PySpark), Delta Lake, and SQL from 10+ sources like REST APIs and on-prem databases to store raw/transformed data in data lake following data zones architecture and load to data warehouse through serverless SQL pool• Documented code, data models/dictionaries, and pipelines in Azure Synapse and Azure DevOps Services• Owned and maintained internal Power BI dashboards for cafeteria sales and health inspections, while also communicating with primary stakeholders to understand data requirements for BI

• Used Azure Data Factory and Azure SDK for Python to design ETL pipelines that extracts data from various sources, transforms data with pandas into tables in Azure Blob Storage, and loads data into a data warehouse hosted on Azure SQL Managed Instance using SQL stored procedures• Created machine learning models with Tensorflow and XGBoost for sales forecasting and predicting downtime due to injuries• Produced dashboards and KPIs for cafeteria sales using Power BI and SQL to inform OSD’s management

• Created various take home Arudino experimentation kits in response to COVID• Solely developed a GUI porting between Python, C++, and Arduino using PyQt and serial communication• Produced preliminary experiments introducing control theory and taught a class of 20 on programming and microcontrollers

• Wrote MATLAB scripts and designed Simulink models to control dynamic systems on the Quanser Qube-Servo 2
