Subsequently progressing these with public bodies as appropriate, using the Five Case Model as approved by HMS Treasury.- Identifying new areas of interest and potential business activity for companies within the Rydon Group including Rydon Construction, Rydon Maintenance and Ryhurst. An example of this being a large maintenance contract with yearly revenues in excess of £1 million for the next 15 years.
