Billing, Effective Credit Control, Internal and External Customer Service, resolve accounts queries, reconciliation of accounts, and Processing of Accounts Receivable Cash Book entries.

1.Meet or exceed debtors aging targets and bad debt kept to a minimum within the JSE Collection policy2.Follow up on, collect and allocate payments timeously to clients3.Pro-actively support the collection drive and continually improve the collection process and methodologies4.Accurate reporting of activities according to specific deadlines 5.Perform client account reconciliations 6.Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and escalate accordingly7.Research and resolve payment discrepancies within an acceptable turnaround time8.Review and maintain AR aging to ensure compliance to agreed metrics per scorecard9.Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records 10.Follow established procedures for processing receipts 11.Investigate and resolve customer queries 12.Process debtor adjustments with substantiated evidence.13.Organize a recovery system and initiate collection efforts 14.Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally in a professional manner.15.Assist with month-end close within the deadlines of the Finance division16.Collect data and prepare monthly metrics for internal & external auditors17.Support of the external audit with no audit findings within debtors reconciliation
