CurrentEN:- Processing the commission rules of various tariff partners and controlling their allocation to leads- Contributing to the execution of payment runs for cashback, vouchers and goodwill, e.g. checking invoices, remittance status and returns- Reporting the weekly overview of commission scale achievement- Processing credit note bookings- Compiling the monthly mobile communications overview- Monthly check of leads with incorrect status indicator- Analysing cancelled leads (by providers or customers)- Support with commission evaluation and evaluation of a marketing campaign- Controlling the list of customer complaints in cooperation with the tariff partner management teamDE:- Bearbeitung der Provisionsregeln verschiedener Tarifpartner und Kontrolle deren Zuweisung zu Leads- Beitrag zur Durchführung der Zahlungsläufe für Cashback, Gutscheine und Kulanz, wie z.B. - Prüfung von Rechnungen, von Überweisungsstatus und von Rückläufern- Reporting der wöchentlichen Übersicht der Provisionsstaffel-Erreichung- Bearbeitung von Gutschriftenbuchungen- Erstellung der monatlichen Mobilfunk-Übersicht- Monatliche Prüfung der Leads mit falschem Statusindikator- Auswertung der stornierten Leads (durch Anbieter bzw. durch Kunden)- Unterstützung bei Provisionsauswertung und bei Auswertung einer Marketingkampagne- Kontrolle der Liste der Kundenreklamation in Zusammenarbeit mit Team Tarifpartner-Management
