Accounts Receivable Team Lead
Current- Supervises and lead a team; provides feedback, mentoring and guidance to the coordinated team members
- Implement recurrent impact coaching sessions and established smart objectives for each team member, creating a clear impact coaching path aimed at developing their skills and enhancing overall business effectiveness.
- Review and assess the team’s responsibilities daily and adjust and allocate the team’s tasks depending on the workload and priorities
- Act as a business partner with EMEA exposure
- Monitors daily operations and performance of the Accounts Receivable team which include transaction processes (collection, cash application, CDA, invoicing, assignment of daily individual and team targets, follow-ups.
- Keep up to date the AR monthly dashboards
