Accounts Receivable Team Lead
Current• Supervises and lead a team; provides feedback, mentoring and guidance to the coordinated team members • Implement recurrent impact coaching sessions and established smart objectives for each team member, creating a clear impact coaching path aimed at developing their skills and enhancing overall business effectiveness.• Review and assess the team’s responsibilities daily and adjust and allocate the team’s tasks depending on the workload and priorities • Act as a business partner with EMEA exposure • Monitors daily operations and performance of the Accounts Receivable team which include transaction processes (collection, cash application, CDA, invoicing, assignment of daily individual and team targets, follow-ups, etc.) • Keep up to date the AR monthly dashboards • Daily monitor and track AR targets (both individual and team level) and ensures all SLAs and targets are met • Assists team with troubleshooting and problem solving & looks for opportunities and leads initiative to improve existing processes • Develops initiatives and handles their implementation for growing the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the AR processes; • Acts as an escalation point for the internal or external queries or issues • Ensures daily and monthly targets and objectives are achieved • Ability to lead and coordinate improvements in execution projects and drive any AR process improvement initiative • Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations• Foster continuous improvement mindset by promoting digital dexterity• Maintain ongoing commitment to effective communication, motivation, and continuous improvement
