The UNESCO & Women@Dior: Women Leadership & Sustainability program champions global women by focusing on gender equality and responsible leadership. This year-long, ethically driven initiative embodies five core values: autonomy, self-awareness, inclusion, creativity, and sustainable development. Featuring personal mentorship by Dior talents, exclusive courses by leading experts, and insightful interviews, it culminates in empowering projects like the Dream for Change, supporting young girls' empowerment.Within this transformative program, I contributed significantly by spearheading a project aimed at uplifting underprivileged women within Singapore's local communities. Harnessing firsthand research and in-depth interviews, I delved into the challenges faced by these marginalized groups, seeking tangible solutions to their predicaments.The insights gleaned from this immersive experience were instrumental in formulating a comprehensive strategy that I had the privilege of presenting to Dior. Serving as the teaching assistant for FNCE315 Analytics in Finance & Real Estate

I have been tasked with creating and analysing PowerBI dashboards to identify trends and facilitate the designing of the regional transformation strategy. This included developing digital roadmaps for, and alongside, C-suite executives, facing an international and fast-paced work environment.

After competing against thousands of applicants across Asia, I secured the opportunity to shadow the Regional President for The Adecco Group. During this process, I developed a macro-level understanding of companies, and contributed via business transformation strategies and a keen-to-learn attitude. For my efforts, I was commended for projects targeting the pursual of seamless customer experiences and improved system processes via the knowledge of new and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual & Augmented Reality (AR/ VR).

I formulated innovative digital solutions to assist collaborative business transformation and global restructuring in a volatile market. Through interaction with various software, I acquired the technical skills and expertise relevant in organising designs and implementation process for internal and client-facing projects.

I had the opportunity to use systems implementation tools that acquainted me with basic back-hand business processes focusing on supply-side and procurement. I helped design requests for proposals to be submitted while seeking projects to be awarded to KPMG.

I was tasked with organizing and reviewing case files to ensure that they met the compliance criteria for the company during audits. I also supplemented the administration of contracts for clients that the company was on-boarding.

I was assigned to a specific on-going case pertaining to a breach in contract. I had to identify laws and precedence that responded to the charges and develop strategies that could be presented to the client. The job was extremely research-intensive and involved summarising a few years' worth of information that we had on both parties.

Through research and analysis, I drafted various reports responding to different functions of laws specific to the case.
