My different areas of work includes:Deal Desk : Automating existing deal approval process. Responsible for driving deals through approvals based on deal margin. Acting in a fiduciary capacity in managing first line approvals for deal. Which includes structuring deal transactions and further to reduce iterations and accelerate deal closure. This is accomplished by meeting with sales teams to identify customer's critical business issues and assist in structuring transaction that meet both company requirements and customer needs. Also keeping constant track on upcoming deals to forecast revenue and recommended data standardization and usage for protection of data integrity.Project Management Office : Performing cost-benefit analyses to determine potential return on investment. Tracking hours and expenses to keep project on track and within budgetary parameters. In order to achieve this I have created reusable tracker using MS Excel. Defined and maintain the standards and processes related to project management.General Operations : Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins. Created spreadsheets using MS Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Managed contractor invoicing. Aligned project teams to use Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket. Build template for project setup in confluence. Supported client users to access learning center.
