Key Roles and Responsibilities Include:1. Managing the recruitment of Full Time/ Freelance Subject Matter Experts and training them to become highly efficient Academic Writing Experts. 2. Preparing and updating Training Modules for Subject Matter Experts and for the team of Assignment Operations, client Relations, Content Writers and Digital Marketers. 3. Assuring quality of work delivered through all Academic Writing Experts. 4. Ensuring quality check of assignments done by experts while providing proper feedback and getting revisions done on time. 5. Providing continuous feedback to experts and giving them continuous ratings based on their performance. 6. Refining the existing experts list based on their performance rating. 7. Finding high quality experts for technical and non-technical assignments in which the team faces any issues in assigning and getting assignments completed before deadline. 8. Acting as a central point of coordination between the Operations Team and Experts9. Working on some important assignments as and when required.
