• Handling entire recruitment cycle (IT vertical).• Understanding requirement of the client, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill.• To develop recruiting plans and create a comprehensive job description based on client's specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job Job Portal & Mass Mail.• Handling end to end recruitments using different sources like portal searches, references, head hunting & market mapping with the fastest TAT.• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the goals across all levels.• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with clients and candidates.• Communicating and coordinating with hiring managers regarding specific job orders, candidate submitting and other candidate matters (conference calls, etc...)• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Reporting Manager and to the hiring managers.• Maintain MIS
