Working with an NGO was an entirely new and eye-opening experience. In contrast to the structured nature of the corporate world, understanding the raw data and its ethical context posed a unique challenge. As volunteer interns, we delved into research on digital marketing hacks and lead generation strategies, which broadened our understanding of outreach and impact.We also had the privilege of contributing to the Rakhi Poshan project. We also worked with firsthand data collected from farmers. This data detailed their landscapes, farming techniques, and the notable changes in yield before and after implementing the Women-Led Climate Resilient Farming (WCRF) model. It was fascinating to witness the tangible impact of sustainable farming practices driven by women leadership.This journey was a profound learning experience. It underscored the importance of deeply understanding a product, its processes, and the challenges involved to develop meaningful solutions. The blend of hands-on involvement and problem-solving made it a truly rewarding and transformative experience.
