My main role is manufacturing Intra-venous Medicines, Controlled drug, and Compound Solutions. Major objectives are as follows.1. To Participate in the production of products adhering to standard operating procedure and GMP at all times.2. To co-operate in the development of new products.3. To proactively plan and ensure the required manufacturing resources are available to meet the production schedule.4. Ensure the requirements of the monthly production plan are completed in a timely and cost-effectively manner.5. Ensure all activities undertaken in the department comply with current cGMP guidelines.6. Produce products that conform to QC specifications.7. Complete all administration duties including batch document review and checking in a timely and accurate manner.8. Ensure Medsafe audit observations for the department are minor and minimal.9. Regularly review the legislated GMP guidelines and ensure all documents comply accordingly. 10. Suggest alterations/amendments to documents as necessary to the Team Leader
