CRompton is the market leader in domestic pumps and the range was continously expanded to include subersimible agri pumps during my tenure.Got the division ISO certifications including OSHAS in one year which was eluding the pump Division for 15 years. Laid strong Founation for Industrial pumps and made a five year blue print including plans for manufacturing plant expansions.

Succeesfully handled wage negotiations with two rival labour unions.The company is manufacturing instant coffee from the world famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and marketing under the brand Mountain Peak in Caribbean ,South and North America .
