Co-chaired and represented Norway in a strategic process in the OECD among thirty other nations, a multitude of global petroleum and mining companies, multilateral institutions and NGOs which developed a joint framework for local value- and job creation in the extractive sector (oil, gas and mining). The framework is currently being piloted in several OECD countries.
