Being the GM of the company, I am responsible to looking after all the sales verticals like Channel Sales, Project Sales, Govt Intuitional Sales, Showroom Development. Apart from that, I am a part of process development, brand promotion through Digital Marketing and other promotional instruments. I am also a part of MIS team to analysis the KRA of the team, Goal achievement through Target vs Achievement, Planning & Development of the organization through New Product addition. I am also responsible to recruit employees through electronic media and offline too to support the team as and when required. As a responsible employee of the company, I have accumulated knowledge of Payroll Management to help subordinate as and when required.
