Dr.Palash Kumar Basu is currently working as a Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Space Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum. His primary research interest includes different method to isolate Extracellular vesicles from biofluids and efficient way to detect EV derived biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis of different Cancers. He is also working to develop reliable breath sensors for different Cardiovascular and Respiratory disease. His research findings also draw attention in Indian Space Sector to develop different module of sustainable eco system for future Space Mission. He is holding Six patents and more than 30 journals.
