•Conduct final random inspection (FRI)/During production inspection for both soft lines (Knit, Woven, Sweater etc) & hard line (Tent, Sleeping bag, Shoe) & ceramic as per client’s work instruction•Maintain the inspection schedule given by superior.•Follow the Intertek Quality & Integrity policy strictly. •Explain the inspection procedure to factory representative during opening meeting. •Prepare the inspection report with actual findings and explain the detail about the findings to concerned person in closing meeting. •Have conducted more than 750 final inspection for client per year. •Manage, train & monitor team members & team leads.•Hiring employees, prepare job description & work schedules.•Liaising between supervisor & other employees.•Providing staff with technical guidance & assistance.•Relaying productivity concerns to the supervisor.•Monitoring both individual & team job performance metrics.•Reporting supervisor or other senior managers as required.•Assisting with other administrative tasks when required.
