it's been 3.5 years to working in TCS. I have joined as BPS associate. some while ago I moved to IT support. I have worked US mortgage process & US banking IT support project. I have skilled in data analysis, documents review, data entry, quality checker, team management & interract with client.now i'm currently working in a IT project. during my TCS career I have gathered some technical skill as well as worked as SME. I have built my communication. I had to communicate with Client & onsite team members. so these are the things made my skill overall better than previous.
