Supervision, Management & Maintenance of Oracle Base Billing System.6. Conduct and Supervision of Prepayment Server, System Master Station (SMS) & Vending.7. Supervision of daily sales deposit the sales amount to accounts department as per daily system generated sales report.8. Conduct and Supervision of Programming, Checking and Troubleshooting of Digital Prepayment, Post Payment Energy Meter and Equipment. 9. Supervise the team of Preventing power theft and reduce system loss.10. Supervise the Line Works (Over Head Line, Underground Line), Transformer Installation, Cheek Meter Installation, Serves Box Etc.11. Solve customer issues, resolve disputes, and refer them to appropriate departments.12. Supervision, Management & Maintenance of Automated/Remote Meter Reading (A/RMR) System Including the Communication Facility and Communication Base 440/110V, 3X5(6)/5(10)A Meter.13. Monitoring Power Distribution Network & Transformer Rehabilitation Including Supervision of Load Balancing.14. Conduct & Supervision of Energy Auditing.15. Supervision of bill collection and taking action for arrear bill of LT, HT, Govt. postpaid consumers.16. Prepared weekly, monthly progress report and submitted to authority.17. Report Writing: Queries & Office Memos That Provides Information for the Management.
