 Maintaining employees’ personal files and monitor timely update of personnel records  Planning and conducting new employee orientation.  Ensuring all staff receives appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.  Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, recommend and implement pay structure revisions.  Conducting training needs analysis, budgeting, implementing of in-house and external training and development programs for employees.  Maintaining organization staffs by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program.  Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.  Handling employee grievance, counseling and ensuring employee disciplinary functions
