Duties & Responsibilities: -Shift Manager: Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies andprocedures Train and coach production line to the employees Conduct employee performancereviews.Responsible for shift schedule which includes: work station assignments/rotations, employeetraining, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absentemployees, and shift rotations Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during a shift to produce the productwithin specifications Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Restaurant Managers to Ensure a clean and safe workarea, complete shift paperwork; Assist in production is necessary & other duties as assigned Key Role • Inventory Management • People Management • Shift Running/Handling Shifts • Training new team members.
