• Driving the solution and blueprinting calls. Creating Design Documents based on the requirement analysis and Fit Gap sessions. Developing AS-IS and TO-BE flowcharts and diagrams to describe and layout logical.
• Configuring and integrating the cloud software with client’s ERP (SAP, Oracle etc). Working with the product and technical teams for building custom enhancements.
• Interacting with the client on a day to day basis, especially during the Testing and Post Go-Live phases to make sure all the functionalities are working as per the Design.
• Winner of Quarterly Award of Applause - Q4 21 and consistent score of 100(TQVS) in all the projects implemented.
