Palash graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication form Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management. He had worked with a multinational IT company. His strong desire to work for clean and green energy motivated him for starting his entrepreneurial journey in Solar Rooftop Sector. He stablished Rathi Solar Company in the year 2016, which deals in providing Ongrid, Offgrid and Hybrid solar rooftop solution to its Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Institutional clients across India.Rathi Solar is registered with state electricity board MPPKVVCL (Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Ltd), Nodal Agency Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam, MSME, Ministry of New and Renewable energy empanelled vendor, Authorised dealer of Luminous and so on.Palash is also working with a non-government organisation "Rang De Zindagi" as President since 2011, which deals in improving quality education among less privileged kids studying in charitable run / Government schools.Palash is an avid reader, a wanderlust and loves watching movies in his spare time.
