While my academic background is in sociology, literature and public management, my work experience has primarily been in the fields of management and it, primarily in the context of performing arts schools. In 2007 I founded ASIMUT software (then Paldam IT ApS) which now counts the wold's best schools of performing arts as clients: Royal Academy, Royal College and the Guildhall School in London, the Juilliard School in New York, the Royal Dutch Academy of Music, Hanns Eisler Hochschule in Berlin, Hamburg Hochschule für Musik und Theater, ESMUC in Barcelona, Milano Conservatory and Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts to mention a few.I have lived in a number of countries for extended periods - notably Chile, USA, UK, France and Germany.
