Led the design of an interactive, online training for all staff on ‘Ethics in the Workplace’; worked with HRM to put in place policies and procedures to cultivate an ethical environment.Designed and delivered capacity building events in the context of an organization-wide restructuring exercise, including strategy for creating change champions.

Developed capacity strengthening tools for national partners, UNESCO staff, and development partners (advocacy, situation analysis, resource mobilization and monitoring and evaluation).Organized an international poster competition for youth as a way to inform and engage them around HIV and AIDS (attracting over 180 entrants from around the world); used the winning poster as UNESCO’s brand for the International AIDS Conference.

Designed, managed, and evaluated a USAID-funded 'Sustainability Initiative' - a three-year, $7 million initiative to improve the management effectiveness of affiliated associations.Partnered with affiliates to develop financially sustainable activities in Ghana, Guyana, Moldova, Morocco, Mozambique, Senegal, and South Africa. Provided TA to local staff to translate ideas into business plans as well as to implement plans. Conducted institutional capacity assessments and designed Initiative and country-specific capacity strengthening plans including, adapted TA, coaching, mentoring, and a 5-day ‘Executive MBA’ workshop.

Coordinated the development and analysis of Revenue and Business Plans in excess of $53 million for Western Canada; developed a corresponding training program and trained over 100 sales and marketing representatives throughout the region. Served on the first ever gender working group – assisted in developing the first ever gender training.
