•Sound knowledge of Operation of 8*135 MW LHS (Coal Handling plant) by DCS • Operation of Lignite Handling System of 1200TPH through DCS • Implementing SOPs in day to day operation and provide feedback for SOP changes for implementation, if any• Conveyors, Fluid couplings, Scoop couplings, Stacker-Reclaimer , Travelling Tripper • Joining of conveyors belts (Hot & Cold).• Prepared preventive maintenance schedule, Record daily maintenance activities, prepared all equipment spare part record. • Running maintenance in the checking of idler, conveyors, skirt rubber etc. • Maintenance of Conveyor Field Safety Devices (PCS, BSS, ZSS, LCS etc.) • Operation & maintenance of H.T. & L.T. switch gear panels and feeders & VFD’s panels. • Ensuring various test and check up by third party as per schedule. • Co- ordination with client company (JSW Limited) on the daily maintenance plane • Co-ordination with client company (JSW Limited) operation engineers. • To ensure the safety to prevent. • Handling all the activities during unit shut down, Manpower handling & its proper utilization.
