 Oversee and check daily claims processed by support staff to ensure all the standard procedures are adhered to; Distribute work accordingly and share the responsibility to avoid backlog; Check claims data at regular intervals to ensure it is correct and accurate; Ensure that the appropriate correspondence are according to the quality standard; Ensure that staff comply with department procedures  Keep staff communication file or folder  Handle clients queries, issues and problems Compile monthly sub com reports Compile monthly cash flow reports Ensure that disinvestments are done Authorise request for disinvestments Attend and present monthly sub com meeting Design manuals according to departmental procedure Prepare service level agreement for clients
