Establishing a Sales and Marketing presence in Europe for the company. The objective is to increase awareness of Transparensee's Fuzzy Search technology and introduce it to European customers.

I started the office in January 2003, recruiting the initial multinational sales team, with the objective of making the office as multicultural as possible. I was responsible for the marketing and sales of Infragistics products and services in the EMEA sales region. I was also responsible for Channel Partners and managing the Microsoft relationships with each Microsoft country office in the region. I was responsible for marketing strategy and marketing fulfillment for the European region, carry press, PR, digital marketing and industray trades shows. . During this time at Infragistics, I grew EMEA sales at an average compound rate of 24% per year. My individual sales achievements were to bring in several $0.5million deal and one $1 million deal.In such deals my training and skill in conducting negotiation was crucially important. Great team spirit and team-working are values of mine, and we were able to achieve these and derive real benefits from the team approach.For many years I was a member of Infragistics' Management team, making significant contributions to strategy in the areas of marketing, product and pricing policy.

Founded Data Junction UK Ltd as an independent company to market and sell the products of Data Junction Inc., an Austin, based developer of database software tools (since acquired by Pervasive Software Inc.). The sale of the business to Data Junction Inc. was completed in 2002.I was responsible for building the sales team, marketing, and contributing to technical pre-sales in the POC stage and customer training.In these two years, Data Junction's UK sales grew by 600%.

When Programmers Paradise purchased my company, System Science (a distributor of Software Development tools founded by myself), in1995, I was appointed to manage the catalogue and on-line marketing of software developer tools for Programmers Paradise operations in Germany, France, and Italy in addition to managing the UK office. During this period I set up and produced the Programmers Paradise catalogue operations in the Netherlands. I was responsible for the production of about 400,000 catalogues per year in 4 languages.

Following the purchase of System Science by Programmers Paradise in1995, I was responsible for the catalogue and on-line marketing of software developer tools for Programmers Paradise operations in Germany, France, and Italy in addition to managing the UK office. During this period I set up and produced the Programmers Paradise catalogue operations in the Netherlands
