I was collaborating with customers, small and medium sized companies and corporations.In my daily activity I focus on building and maintaining good long lasting relationship with business partner. I'm dedicated to identify and implement best fitted solution with highest customer satisfaction in mind, taking into account timeframe and budget.My experience with leading an 8 member team thought me how to work with schedule, reporting, communication and settlement of activities, also learned me how to represent my team in meeting with manager.I was responsible for recruiting, onboarding and training with product and industry knowledge. My job was to create and negotiate schedule, resolving problems, help with develop chosen skills.
