I drove Technology, Product, and Design functions across 5 years and 3 PMFs (2 Product Market Failures and 1 Product Market Fit). Some Highlights of what we achieved- Scaled to 500K MAUs and GMV ~ 10M USD / yr- Organically acquired 100K Sellers with >70% D-90 Retention- Double-digit E-Commerce Buyer Conversion from Inorganic App Installs (From 2.5% -> 10%)- 1 in 3 Transactions on the Platform was "Chat to Buy" - Cost Per Delivered Order to ~ Rs. 100 at scale (By improving RTOs, 3PL Partner Costs, etc.) Since it was my first product role, we ended up choosing to build over buy (bad call) - but at least I picked up the first-hand experience of building a lot of consumer features at scale - Content Management System, Product Search, Product Ranking Algos, Order Management System, Marketing Automation, 3rd Party Logistics Aggregation, Ops Automation, In-app User Wallet, Business Rule Engine, In-App Custom Chat, Community Moderated Groups and much more - five years is a lot of time!
