My journey began at Oriental Insurance, where I developed expertise in underwriting, claims, and audits. I then played a pivotal role in building IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance, setting up key business processes and driving product innovation in retail and commercial lines.Now, as the COO of PrishaPolicy, a full-stack InsurTech broker, I oversee all operations, including pre-sales, customer success, claims management – the entire value chain. My leadership is marked by a deep understanding of product development, streamlined operational workflows, and a customer-centric approach ensuring seamless service delivery. I aim to utilize technology to craft new insurance solutions that meet market needs.Skilled in Health Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Insurance, MIS, and Underwriting.
