1. Conduct onboarding session Account manager and nominated participants for Voice of customer process in Service NOW2. Weekly preparation of VOC dashboard and upload in Allianz connect and notify the stalk holders at region level APAC , CEE, US 3. Analyze and mitigate the indicators not matching for the feedbacks provided by coordinating with Account manager and Service Owner4. Maintain OE matrix for the problem tickets raised at P1/P2 priority8. Transition the reporting process and standardize dashboard as per new Service package structure 9. Documentation of SPOC changes, New OE onboarding and addition and removal of services10. Align and coordinate with CPI Managers for high priority tickets not mapped with Affected OE11. 1. Create Requisitions for the demand in the profile for resourcing2. Align with internal practice and recruiter to source the profile 3. Maintain roll off and handle NGT profiles and shadow allocation4. Avoid billing loss and over billing for the project with timely tracking5. Maintain seat allocation and onboarding / Offboarding of resources6. Maintain relevant Project documents for Audit trails and minimize the findings 7. Support in MU level KPI reporting and track compliance for all the projects8. Maintain utilization report at project level9. Submission of forecasting and align with actuals per month10. Prepare and submit invoices 11. Reconciliation of timesheets for Time and Material projects
