• Identify potential companies for campus recruitment and other industry partnerships and make effective presentations about the University.• Build rapport with industries, and corporates for placements, training & other Industry Connect Activities.• To conduct an end-to-end campus recruitment process (CRP) for the respective school, including forming a student committee, inviting companies for CRP, arranging necessary infrastructure, etc.• Accompanying students for the placement process and making them well-prepared and aware of the job profile, the company, prospects, etc. before every campus process.• To provide career counseling to the candidates, collect feedback to analyze it, and prepare and execute an action plan based on the shared feedback and suggestions.• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Heads of departments and various industry partners to drive internships and placement opportunities.

 Complete and monitor all formalities related selected candidate like Issuance of Offer Letter, Appointment letter, CTC break-up, Confirmation Letter etc. Taking Care Of Joining Formalities of the Employees Co –ordination with the new joinees of the internal employee. Rolling out offer letter Conducting reference checks related documents Maintain Attendance and Leave records. Prepare MIS on excel for using ( Filter, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table) Conducting Exit Interview with employees resigning from the organization Handling employee issues / GrievancesMaintaining data quality and data reconciliation for audit purposes.• Adding & updating employee records for temporary and permanent staff.• Handling employee queries and forwarding grievances.• Ensuring effective communication bridging gaps among clients and higher management.• Drafting joining letters and employee correspondence for Temp staff mplementation of HR Processess, Policies & System, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development (competency mapping), IJPs, OD Intervention, Employee Engagement & Development-Motivations & Regeneration, Staff Retention, Leadership Development, Performance Management System , HR Audits, MIS Dashboards, Policy & Process Implementation, Risk Management & Compliance
