TALENT & PEOPLE OPERATIONS:• Hired across levels Technical, Commercial, and Support functions from IC to C-level.• This involved senior stakeholder management, hiring process optimisation and process reporting. Constant problem-solving and iteration with regards to roles, process and strategy to set the function up for scale.• Set up robust data analysis frameworks to report key hiring metrics to senior leadership. Hired and mentoring a data analyst for my function to make data-driven decisions on hiring, policies and growth.• Working collaboratively with and coaching the Talent team on optimizing pipeline and stakeholder management.

TALENT ACQUISITION:• Full-cycle recruiting for roles across Commercial, Engineering and Support from entry- to C-level roles.• This included building, constantly and rapidly iterating on hiring processes, managing senior stakeholders and tracking key metrics to optimize pipelines. Communicating with the Talent team and hiring managers to continuously improve on the selection process and ensure a healthy pipeline.• Driving automation of the selection process with templates, standardized workflowsCULTURE:• Building our employer brand strategy, including organizing internal and external events, executing social media campaigns and building a talent community for a high-quality diverse pool of future candidates.AD-HOC PROJECTS:• Taking on initiatives in the People team that focus on internal training, learning and development.• This included upskilling the business on interviewing, optimizing existing benefits and improving engagement via internal events.

Part of a Talent team of three, responsible for finding and attract talent to join our fast-growing team, making recruiting operations more efficient and scalable, and improving candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Some of the things I do (but not limited to):• Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening candidates, building a diverse pipeline, coordinating interviews and on-site visits, extending offers)• Supporting the team & candidate experience front-to-end: scheduling video interviews & on-site visits, accompanying candidates throughout their on-site from welcome to wrap-up• Coordinating & participating in hiring and dev events • Working with the design & content team to create new hiring-related swag• HR-related projects, e.g. streamlining our referral program, campus recruiting, weekly all-company updates
