• Process samples for all food microbiology tests for Coliform/E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria, E.coli 0157:H7, yeast, mould and fungi. • Conduct different microbiological tests from meat, corn, wheat and ingredients Such as Elisa test, Pathogen detection test using PCR technique, Shelf life testing • use of microscope for identification and count of micro specimen and to read agar plates• Conduct bacteriological swabs to assess the bacteriological condition of equipment And manufacturing processes• Prepare media, solutions, reagents and specimens for testing• Maintain hygienic condition and cleanliness of laboratory equipment and work area• Follow all QC procedures for microbiology department

• Prepare specimens for processing, including sorting, accessioning, centrifuging and aliquoting in Biochemistry, Hematology and blood bank.Perform manual and automated testing in accordance with Labs standard operating Procedures in different departments such as chemistry, haematology, microbiology etc.• Record testing information and laboratory reports..• Conduct and record instrument/equipment maintenance at appropriate, defined intervals• Prepare and utilize reagents and controls using defined procedures.• Maintain hygienic of medical laboratory and medical laboratory equipments.• Handle bio hazardous and routine garbage in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety proceduresHandle Various Research Projects
