Utilized LinkedIn recruiter, Smart Recruiter, Seekout, Entelo, LinkedIn talent insights, referral generation, talent mapping and compelling candidate communications to successfully engage and source for Product managers across seniority (PM II, Senior, Staff, Senior Staff Product Manager)

Provide outstanding thought partnership to clients to shape and best match the needs of AWS SDE talent in the market. I manage SDE search process and engagements from inception to completion (e.g., identifying/sourcing, qualified external talent, managing clients, engaging candidates, providing exceptional experiences for candidates, and partnering with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders and assisting the team in interview process and loop coordination and calibration. As a team member with the IBM's RPO Recruitment Department, provide consultative and strategic recruitment services, including research, market intelligence, sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, evaluating and negotiating compensation packages. Managed an average of 30+ open requisitions. Successfully sourced and hired UX/UI developers, Software Development Engineers (SDE), Software Development Managers (SDM), Technology Program Managers (TPM), Testing engineers (SDET), DevOps engineers, Architects, Database developers and administrators, network engineers. Write and posted technical job descriptions in Career Builder, Indeed, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter. Screened 30-40 candidates per week. Used Taleo and Talent Source (Salesforce) to assist in the documentation, tracking and creation of passive candidate pipeline. Sent out 50+ online assessments and HireVue per week. Attended virtual career fairs as a booth representative. Events included: Military, Veteran, AARP, and internal career fairs. Used Boolean searches find candidates throughout our ATS (Dextra, Taleo, SalesForce), various job boards and LinkedIn. Conducted Full cycle recruiting process from initial phone screen till extending offer. Present 4-5 job (Peak of 12) offers per month to candidates; negotiate compensation and relocation assistance.
