An experienced HR professional, and graduate of the University of Toledo earning a double BA in Marketing and Professional Sales and EMBA from Bowling Green State University. Currently, I oversee Human Resources and Safety for Bohl Companies in Toledo Ohio. My current functions at Bohl Crane include recruiting, workers compensation management, administering benefits, processing FMLA, creating and enforcing new policies, maintaining personnel files, as well as other HR related duties. In addition, I am responsible for safety including safety training for employees and compliance. I have prior sales experience from positions I have held in both inside and outside sales for various organizations. Additionally, I have worked in manufacturing for the past 7 years and have had exposure to diverse aspects of manufacturing, from sourcing raw materials, production of the product, and other stages in the supply chain. Lastly, I have developed excellent verbal and written skills, leadership and management skills, conflict resolution skills, as well as other industry related skills while working in the field and also from continued education/ training courses I have completed.I have a great passion for philanthropy, I regularly volunteer for organizations such as the Make a wish Foundation, the Susan G. Koman Origination and others. I also have created a group of volunteers via Facebook to help acquaintances/friends of the community in need.
