Collaborative efforts with stakeholders ensured that the system met the high accessibility standards required for the UK rail sector, delivering an enhanced passenger experience and streamlining internal workflows.Roles and Responsibilities:• Developed comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to the PA UK Rail Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. • Collaborated with stakeholders to understand and analyze the accessibility requirements and features of the Passenger Assistance technology in an Agile Environment. • Designed and developed detailed test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing based on requirement specifications on Web, iOS and Android. • Executed test cases and documented results, ensuring thorough testing of the Staff Web Platform and Staff Mobile App on both iOS and Android. • Implemented and maintained automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure efficient regression testing and continuous integration. • Identified, reported and tracked defects using Jira, keeping the DRE (defect removal efficiency) to 98%. • Liaised with business clients to facilitate their user acceptance testing.

It encompasses all the administrative level of service, simplifies the hassles of various levels of policy creation by automating & streamlining all the activities through a deliberately planned procedure.PASDoc is a documenting service for policies created in policy center application coming under CSAA insurance company in United States.CSAA offers insurance products to AAA members. In PASDoc Migration, Document generation and document content validation of around 500 documents got generated successfully.CSAA offers insurance products to AAA members. In PASDoc Controls, all the administrative level of services such as policy issue, renewal offer, endorsement, revised renewal and different methods of Bill generation and validation of around 400 forms has been carried out.Roles and Responsibilities:• Conducted manual and automated testing for various projects, identifying and reporting 950 defects to improve software quality. • Developed and executed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate 900 new features and enhancements, resulting in a 25% reduction in post- release defects and gaining experience in TestNG Annotations, Grouping, Parallel and Batch Execution. • Collaborated with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and improved communication between development and testing teams.• Designed and implemented a scalable Selenium WebDriver framework using Java, significantly reducing testing time and increasing test coverage. • Mentored 10 junior testers, providing training and guidance in testing best practices, resulting in their professional growth and improved testing capabilities.
