I was responsible for Employee Lifecycle management, along with complete ownership of the Recruitment cycle.

I managed the entire Human Resources department end-to-end, with a major focus on Recruitment.

I was part of Spearhead InterSearch - a Global Leading Senior Executive Search Firm which is involved in Senior Level Management hiring. We recruited Business heads, Board Level members, CEOs, Managing Directors and other roles that lead a chunk or the entire organization across multiple industries and geographies.Our core strength lies in being a research intensive organization and recruitment of PIOs in any industry across various geographies.So far, I have recruited Global CEO (Global NGO), Head HR (Indian subsidiary of global NGO), Financial Controllers (across industries), Finance Managers and Data Analysts, Directors - Board level and Senior Management (Global NGO), Business Unit Heads (across industries), India CFO (Healthcare) and so on.

I led the HR role in this startup. I was responsible for making all organizational policies from scratch for HR, General and ISO certification requirements. I held accountability on both HR operational as well as recruitment fronts.My core responsibilities were, expanding the company manpower as well as boosting employee engagement and increasing employee efficiency.An exposure of this measure at this early stage of my career has helped me gain insight into both the world of a start up and leading the HR role.

I have been handling the following profile in HR at Taylor and Francis Books India Pvt. Ltd.:1. end to end recruitment 2. departmental induction schedule & employee induction, 3. initial screening of candidate profile, conducting telephonic interviews, interview coordination, 4. employee ID generation & ID Card details, 5. verification of payroll data, following up with employees regularly about any changes in their information for the HR records,6. generating offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters & other HR related documents, 7. documentation of employees, statutory compliance,handling gratuity (form F), pf declaration information for employees8. entry & Exit formalities for the new and resigned employees respectively9. updating employee data offline and online10. maintaining employees files for all the employees pan-India 11. updating attendance data monthly12. handling employee grievances/queries regarding their bank accounts13. coordinating with the company affiliated bank for opening of bank accounts for new employees in the company and following through on that14. handling the training and development sessions for middle and top-level management in coordination with the UK office

Recruiting prospective candidates, screening their job applications, then employing them for Letsintern.com's client, P&G. After recruitment, once the internship started, I also managed around 100 or so interns under me. Also received the best Cluster Manager recognition for both the batches under me.

I was a social media marketing intern with Procter and Gamble for 2-3 months. My job included virtual marketing and promoting one of their brands, AmbiPur online through social media coverage. I was one of the top 3 performers, and me and 4 other fellow interns earned a fully sponsored trip to Mumbai to meet the Marketing Director of P&G India Ms. Sonali Dhawan.
