A certified Wset Wine enthusiast, working with speciality coffee and a first generation Restauranteur.Having studied design, I tend to look at life from an artistic perspective, which flows into everything I do. Im driven to bridge the gap in vegetarian and vegan dining by offering modern twists to conventional native ingredients.
