Coordination with Project TeamsCollaborate with project managers and teams to integrate NOC activities into overall project workflows.Ensure NOC services align with project goals and timelines.Support deployments, migrations, and upgrades as part of project delivery.4. Reporting and DocumentationGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on network performance and incidents.5. Capacity Planning and Performance AnalysisAssess current infrastructure capacity and predict future needs.Optimize network resources to ensure consistent and reliable performance.Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for network upgrades.6. Change ManagementOversee the implementation of network changes with minimal impact on operations.Participate in change management meetings to ensure alignment with organizational protocols.Validate and test network updates before deployment.Monitor for unauthorized access, data breaches, or potential vulnerabilities.8.
