The product helps end-users with the ability to view their loan details (amount due, remaining balance, etc.), viewing transaction history, downloading documents (statements and/or letters), submitting requests (prepay, hardship, refinance, etc.) and make recurring/one-time payments using ACH and/or debit cards.Developed an IVR system using AWS Lambda and Lex, and integrated it with Azure based microservices. Used AWS Connect for phone-based calling and leveraged ASK to call IVR through Alexa.
