• Overseeing the maintenance of the scheduling website used by Student Computer Consultants for requesting, approving, and changing shifts, as well as interviewing and hiring new SCONs (Student Computer Consultants). • Operating on the front lines of IT support operations at the UNM campus, addressing and resolving email, online, and in-person inquiries.• Supervising the functionality of computer lab and classroom systems. Assisting in the maintenance of equipment and supplies inventory.• Setting up, overseeing, and repairing Computers, Macs, printers(WEPA Printers) and other devices utilized by faculty, staff, and students.• Offering on-site support to users experiencing diverse computer hardware and software issues.• Employing a central ticketing system to collaborate with colleagues and resolve issues, working alongside higher-level IT resources both centrally and within assigned department.

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and projectors, and general proficiency in the following software/services Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Products, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Troubleshooting software and hardware issues and coordinate with intradepartmental IT specialists to resolve issues and projects,• Supervising in support of both the Windows and Macintosh platforms in the labs and computer classrooms,• Maintaining hardware and software Inventory,• Identifying required computer or network equipment and place orders when necessary.
