Assisting in the maintenance of equipment and supplies inventory.• Setting up, overseeing, and repairing Computers, Macs, printers(WEPA Printers) and other devices utilized by faculty, staff, and students.• Offering on-site support to users experiencing diverse computer hardware and software issues.• Employing a central ticketing system to collaborate with colleagues and resolve issues, working alongside higher-level IT resources both centrally and within assigned department.
