Migrated a newly acquired division of Concentrix into NetEngage, a new subdivision of MDS Global. This was another role where I was central to improving network security, disaster recovery, and business continuity by upgrading our IT architecture.

In this position was a key international technology leader modernising our international network serving users in Canada, UK, Switzerland, and China. In addition to implementing new Cisco technology, I also introduced PBX and new DR solutions in the enterprise.

My focus in this position was to contribute to the uptime of managed security services deployed in the U.S. and Europe. I excelled implementing VPN and Nortel technologies. Additionally, I spearheaded a comprehensive IT security audit for India Life.

In addition to enhancing security and uptime for the ISP, one of my most rewarding accomplishments was creating a proof of concept lab for delivering real-time WAN and server monitoring in the enterprise.
