Processes handled End to End Loan processing, Indexing, Pre Underwriting, Credit Review, Pre closing, Post Closing, Shipping, Broker Approval, and Early Payment Default Investigation Responsibilities• Managing a Span of 50-55 people on loan processing• Analyzing the data provided by Team leaders (TL) and Operation Leaders (OL) for all the Line Of Businesses (LOB) on weekly basis with higher management. Identify reasons for variances in the team’s performance and update the management for any significant variation. • Provide monthly projections in terms of volumes and $ realization (revenue) for all the LOBs. Do the resource planning on the basis of volume projected and trends.• Coordinate with clients via weekly and monthly performance review calls.• To have skip level meetings with team members, one-to-one with TL/OL to ensure smooth operations on the floor.• Also required to curb attrition by identifying the employees who give signs of possible attrition (Early Warning Indicators). Do the resource planning for all the LOBs on the basis of monthly projections. • Creating an assembly line for Opening, Processing, UW Submissions, Condition Clearing, Pre Closing and Post Closing Audits • Studying client systems and giving a solution to fix the broken upstream and downstream processes to ensure seamless operations• Working with the client on their systems Project of changing the Operational/Workflow pattern• Designing the new workflow forms for the operations portfolio• Training needs analysis for the team and catering to special needs• Training on new mortgage campaigns as need arises• Creating and maintaining SOP’s to check the suitability of the task• Develop and Deliver Refresher Training• Training and Evaluating new hires in the team on the processes
