Hi, I am Palli, thanks for looking at my profileNow about me, I have wide background in psychology, statistics, marketing and coaching sports. I´ve been lucky in my career working for the largest humanitarian network in the world in my work for the Red Cross. I have found what most excites me is growth and watching people flourish.Passion and problem solving are two traits that I believe reflect who I am. love working with my team and I listen to understand where my employees/clients are coming from to get a clear view of what actually is important. I believe listening to understand, rather than wait for your turn to speak is an important quality, that leads to happier clients, better job satisfaction and solving the actual problem at hand. When I am not at the job I love spending time with my family, playing sports and hopefully soon travel and explore cultures.
