I am a motivated biology student with a concentration in ecology and a minor in environmental science inspired by the relationships between the biotic and abiotic. Experience in taking soil cores, collecting water quality data using equipment such as a water sonde, sample collection using tow nets, plant and animal species identification, microscope use, wetland delineation, quadrat use, lab skills, and more. Great at finding unique solutions in the face of challenges and a quick learner. Growing up in nature has motivated my passion for biology, conservation, sustainability, and environmental science. My love for sports and my community has led me to jobs related to the outdoors and child care. This has equipped me with patience, communicative skills, leadership, and teamwork skills. I hope to use these abilities to give back to the world in a positive way by helping people and our planet. I am currently looking for job opportunities and internships related to these fields and cant wait to see where my pursuits take me.
