• Prepare quarterly and annual budgets, annual strategic and operating plans.• Produce and report quarterly financial statements including variance analysis.• Complete aging of Account Receivable and review with sales department monthly.• Reconcile bank statements, raw product, processing aids, packing material, spare parts and final product monthly.• Review all capital and operating expenses for proper approval and processing.• Responsible for all capital project reviews and analysis including IRR, ROA, ROI, ROFE.• Complete and report monthly capital additions and disposals with variance analysis.• Develop and implement internal controls enhancing SOX documentation and testing.• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit testing and reviews.• Review budget variances and financial statements with other members of management team monthly.• Develop and prepare operational and financial models to track efficiency.• Develop product costing methodology and reporting.• Review all new products and co-manufacturing opportunities.• Prepare, review and approve product pricing.• Obtain credit information and set credit limits for customers.

• Manage all accounting responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, consolidations, corporate reporting, fixed assets, general ledger accounting, inventory accounting, operating and strategic planning• Manage and review accounts payable compliance • Oversee green leaf accounting and all buying station operations with primary focus of green purchases, operating budgets, and account reconciliations• Ensure adherence to company directives required by the Sarbannes-Oxley Act• Coordinate and support activities of the Accounting and Green Data Entry teams• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures and practices• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including environmental laws, employment laws, OSHA requirements• Partner with other members of management to accomplish objectives• Responsible for all capital project reviews and analysis including IRR, ROA, ROI, ROFE.• Propose, review, price and negotiate all new business ventures and contracts• Review and monitor all customer reporting and information requests• Member of ISO 9000and 14000 management team
