- Responsible for manage and maintain Group Infrastructure projects portfolio (priorities, planning, status) across divisions Tarkett Worldwide, collecting and gathering projects portfolio and roadmaps of Tarkett divisions requiring Group Infrastructure contribution at least for the current year and the following year.- Being the key contact between three Leaders IT Infrastructure and top management, specially providing reports to CIO IT and IT Director.- Working closely with CIO office team to deploy processes and tools within Group Infrastructure including IAF, shopping card, contract management, financial follow up. Also, coordinating and managing budget preparation with Leaders IT.- Define the roadmap of Program Lifecycle in Tarkett environment, ensure that dedicated Teams will apply the standards in their respective domains.

- Responsible for support, coordinate, manage Infrastructure Projects across EMEA division (Around 30 Local ITs)- Acting as key contact between Group IT and Local ITs and Regional Managers, providing reports, visibility as strong communication between all Teams. Responsible to organize regular committee with Divison Director and Group IT in order to identify the needs of Local Sites and provide clear and visible follow up, showing autonomy and good knowledge to be consider as a model for other divisions- Mainly Projects:* Project to renew local storage platforms for all divisions (following close EMEA-LATAM-APAC sites): Implementation of a roadmap to replace them, implementation of the project process, planning monitoring, reporting management with a Global View.*Skype deployment project: Implementation of a project monitoring process, coordination of teams, planning management and provide a good communication.*Support for business initiatives: Management of monitoring the implementation of infrastructures for new factories or offices, Implementation of new production lines.*Replacement project for Infrastructure (W8.1 specific version, Security new Standards): Coordination of local and central teams for the replacement of these machines, following the planning with proposed solutions, reporting and communication.*Acting as key contact in O365 Implementation with EMEA Local IT's and Group Project. Coordinating the needs, reports to ensure that communication is clear in order to follow the guidance of Group.- Regarding IT Coordinator position, managing by distance the IT Team of LATAM. Responsible to ensure the good support and align with IT solution on sites/offices in 3 different countries. Leadership active with Local IT Team, with regular meetings, offering support about solutions in a different level and guide them for new changes and improvements. - Responsible to provide monthly basis to Division Director and Local Business about budget and costs.

- Responsible for all Help Desk Support on LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, México, Colombia), managing Local IT invoices, suppliers accounts on LATAM level. - Responsible for Infra Local Projects, as improvements on area, acting as Local IT representative to negotiate contracts with suppliers (Reduce of 75% of Mobile costs)- Providing weekly reports to France with LATAM IT status. Work as project Coordinator of Costs reduce on Brazilian telephony and for projects for new Technologies and equipment replacement. - Responsible to provide good figures about IT LATAM CAPEX/Budget control

- Responsible for all Help Desk Support on LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, México, Colombia), managing Local IT invoices, suppliers accounts on LATAM level. Supporting local and remote users across the Division, including all topics related to Infrastructure.

- Responsible for all Help Desk Support on Jacarei and São Paulo sites.
