Small to medium size solar projects are harder to finance than they need to be. New Resource Solutions is working every day to make that easier on all parties involved.

- Led or supported over $1.5B in capital raising for nine separate projects, including wind, solar, and combined cycle natural gas technologies. The monies raised were for construction loans, PTC safe harbor equipment loans, term loans, tax equity investments, cash equity investments, and letter of credit facilities.- Completed multiple financings for projects based in the United States and Canada. Also worked on financings or investment opportunities in Japan and Chile.- Conducted two separate solar build-transfer construction financings (50 MWac and 20MWac).- Served as primary finance point-of-contact for all solar business development efforts.

- Facilitated M&A workshops and conversations with the executive teams of two lender-placed insurance conglomerates. - Developed and implemented a metrics strategy for a Fortune 100 Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance company. Established the application’s PMO, managing 40 people and communicating weekly updates to executives.

- Worked extensively with the global management of a Fortune 100 credit card company as part of an international card member servicing strategy. Developed a three-year strategy to enhance personalized servicing interactions for U.S. consumer card members.- Led a team of seven consultants responsible for all professional training & networking development events for 160+ global junior consultants; led and facilitated a workshop for 120+ consultants.- Appointed as an University of Michigan Undergraduate Recruiting Lead.

- Gathered business requirements and facilitated their implementation into regulatory reporting systems of a Fortune 50 investment bank as a result of the bank’s new status as a “bank holding company.” - Led the proof-of-concept evaluation of a vendor email management product for the same investment bank’s operational strategy arm.- Defined the e-commerce market landscapes in the US and in six key foreign countries as part of a larger merchant product strategy for a top alternative payments company.

- Holcim is one of the world's largest cement manufacturers. - For a summer internship and part-time work throughout my senior year of college, I led the integration and change management of a specialized refractory software to ease and streamline the tracking of refractory (bricks which protect cement kilns from extreme temperatures). This was implemented by Holcim's 12 U.S. cement manufacturing plants.
